Yaseen is a Manager of Credit Strategy and Fraud Mitigation at SaskTel with 15+ years of leadership, sales and project experience in the telco industry. Prior to his current role, Yaseen worked as a Sales Manager at SaskTel and a Business Analyst at TELUS. He believes employee engagement drives customer loyalty, sales EBIDTA. As the Founder of a nonprofit,
RDC Community Empowerment & Support he has received rewards for his community engagement.
Sarah is an experienced Vendor Relationship Manager in Credit and Collections with over 20 years experience in the industry, almost 10 years spent at Rogers Communications. Sarah is responsible for managing the collection agency vendors and driving KPI performance metrics to deliver results. Skilled in portfolio management, reporting analytics and credit collections, she is ambitious and a goal driven professional. Sarah has been involved with TRMA Canada for the last 3 years, and her recent position as an active board of directors. .
With over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry Kara brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. As the past president of TRMA Canada she has built strong relationships in the Canadian and US markets and continues to serve as our board liaison with TRMA US. In her role as Executive Director, Kara is focused on helping the board deliver against growth plans and continuing to deliver value for our members.
Steve has spent the 20 years of his career at TELUS. In his current role as Finance Director, he is the dedicated leader of several teams focusing on commercial A/R, commercial credit and collections and payment processing.
Steve brings this knowledge and experience to the TRMA board where he has spent the last 8 years in various roles, most recently as Treasurer.

In her role as Executive Director, Kara is focused on helping the board deliver against growth plans and continuing to deliver value for our members.
As the Sr. Director for FICO Canada, a leading analytics and decision management company, Andrew has a proven management track record of 25+ years partnering with clients to develop solutions that meet their business needs and challenges. He specializes in the financial and telecommunications industries.
​​Andrew earned his BSc from the University of Toronto and his MBA from McMaster University. Andrew has been a member of the board since 2014.
Mackenzie is a National Account Executive at Equifax dedicated to the Canadian Telco industry. With over 20 years of experience in sales and consulting, Mackenzie has experience across multiple industries including, Automotive, Government, Technology, Human Resource Management and Telecommunications. In her current role she partners with clients to understand their business challenges and help them achieve their business goals. Mackenzie has been a member of the TRMA board since 2021.
Iain Coffey is Co-Chief Executive Officer at C3 Canada and holds over two decades of experience in the Accounts Receivable industry. His successful track record includes leadership roles in revenue generation, portfolio development, and process optimization. Having developed highly successful programs with numerous partners in telecommunications, Iain is well-versed in the unique dynamics of the industry.
With extensive experience at Bell, Debbie Rivest has established herself as a dedicated leader in loss prevention and fraud management. Spearheading Bell’s Loss Prevention team, Debbie actively works to identify and combat fraudulent activities, applying strategic approaches to minimize losses and protect the company’s bottom line. Her efforts are instrumental in achieving the lowest possible impact on net bad debt, ensuring financial integrity while fostering a culture of vigilance and responsibility across the organization.
